Rice
The Basics
- Put 2x the water (if you use 1 cup of rice, then put 2 cups of water)
10-5-5 Rule
- Ten minutes on medium to high heat with no top
- Five minutes on low heat with top
- Five minutes on no heat
During the whole thing, don’t put take off the lid. It is not a lid-on lide-off method. We are stream cooking the rice. Trust the process.
